Returning your order
Of course, it may happen that your order does not meet your expectations. In that case, you can return it to us free of charge within 14 days. We offer 1 free return per customer, for multiple returns the costs are for your own account.
How do I return my article?
- You can register your return here and create the return label.
- Enter the order number and your email address of your order.
- Choose which products you want to return and whether you want to exchange or return them. If you want to exchange, please indicate for which product.
- Download a return label that you can print or a QR code if you do not have a printer.
- You can hand in your return at the nearest DHL point.
Which items cannot be returned?
- Tailor-made items unfortunately cannot be returned. These include sheepskin rugs and custom-made duvets.
- In addition, food and beverages cannot be returned either. If there is something wrong with the order, such as damage? please contact us, of course.
- Unfortunately, items that have been used or worn cannot be returned either.
Refund
We need some time to process your return. As soon as your returned order has been received by us, we will check the data and you will receive your money back within max. 14 days in the same way as you paid in our webshop.
Can I exchange an order?
If you would like to exchange your order for another product, this is of course also possible. Please indicate this while creating the return label or put a note in the box with your wishes.
How do I place an order?
- Place the desired products in your shopping cart.
- Click on your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
- Fill in your details and choose a payment method. Place the order.
And then?
- All orders placed before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day. All orders above €45 are shipped free of charge to NL, DE and BE. We ship with PostNL and DHL.
